Hi. I wear aids myself and have since I was 5. Mom had German measles when she was pregnant with me. Dh *is* German so you can imagine how funny it was the other day when he jokingly worried aloud that -German- must mean -bad- in English. So here I am, going to homeschool (unschool) my ds. I am so happy I came across the idea of unschooling. And this is a great entry you’ve written… very inspiring. I think I can do it too.

Wow that was great! I’m just afraid that I don’t know enough… but since I’m not married yet, I have time to learn! I would dearly like to give my kids this kind of experience one day!

I’m going to print this out and hand it to every person who asks me why I homeschool!! You said it so perfectly. I don’t have the time or patience to send my boys to school. There would be no time left for learning
