so buttery
and so warm

I was just thinking of getting my 6 yo twins to memorize this poem, when my daughter (one of the twins) said “That’s a weird poem. Why does he have to say he ate some plums? And why did they keep them in the fridge?” So we went with some Walter de la Mere instead…
