- The Bower-Lesley’s online journal - Lesley Austin writes movingly about having her online images lifted and passed off as originals by another blogger, who even went so far as to sell prints of Lesley’s creations in an Etsy shop. I understand all too well the frustrations of dealing with people who ignore or do not understand copyright laws and intellectual ownership. In Lesley’s case, the person committing theft has done so quite deliberately, with full knowledge that what she is doing is wrong. It’s maddening.
