Stephanie is an almost-new-to-me author (I only knew of Damosel). Thank you for introducing her to me through this interview!

I loved the book; a veritable transporter beam to Damosel's world. Thank you Stephanie, for writing magic into words!

Loved the interview and can't wait to read Damosel. Stephanie is a fine writer and I'm so happy for her well-deserved success, but a small recalcitrant part of me wishes she was still editing. She was a remarkable editor, pulled more out of me than I knew I had, and I trusted her judgment absolutely. And along with all of that, she was great fun to work with. Erika Tamar

Cylin, lovely to see you here! So true about Stephanie's mentoring skills.

Your book was another high point of my reading year so far. I talked about in this post, dunno if you saw...what a gripping story.

This sounds wonderful and I can't wait to read it.

And I have to agree with you about Stephanie being an amazing mentor--all of the "Spinnerettes" have gone on to have very successful publishing careers, she is owed much credit for that, to be sure....

Stephanie is THE BEST! I - admiddedly an older adult - have read several of her YA books and loved them. Of course, I knew the author, - a big plus. And what a wonderful life Stephanie is obviously leading, doing all that travelling and exploring for her research. Obviously, a wonderful life, and so much better than stagnating in the halls of corporate publishing offices!
