Here comes the sun

Sunflower seed planted April 27. I noticed yesterday the seeds we planted in the backyard on the 26th had sprouted, and today the front-yard seeds are up. We planted more yesterday along the side-yard wall. No such thing as too many sunflowers, especially if you’re a Melissa.

  1. Yay for Spring! Anything green popping up makes me giddy with happiness (unless it is in the refrigerator). Went out to water the garden this morning and found three does peeking through the fence at my peas. As much as I feel sorry for them (it is SO dry here, there is nothing for them to eat), I scooted them back towards the neighbors:) My green stuff!
