    It’s hard to find words. Glad both of you did.
    I feel like they are giving me lots of villainy fodder, as a writer. I would have made milder villains back in the day.

    I am finding that I am growing quieter and quieter… it’s hard to … get up in the morning to find out what fresh hell, honestly.

    And yet, we’re called to bear witness here, so we set aside our tender feelings and all slog onward.

    I hate this like fire and salt in a wound.

    Indeed, holding silence is … sometimes easier, and yet only fleetingly so. As I wrote at my small blog, I keep wondering if this, now, finally, will be the hill a critical mass of us agrees is The Hill worth dying on. I keep wondering. Because ‘critical mass’ is the key term.
