Scott: Did you know that [sitcoms] are 50 years old today?

Me: Wait, what? Sitcoms are only 50 years old? That can’t be right. What are they counting as the first sitcom?

Scott: No, ZIP CODES. Zip codes are 50 years old today.

Me: Wait. So sitcoms are older than zip codes?
