Upon discovering that I had inadvertently written a note on the back of one of her drawings, Beanie wondered, “Do you think other mothers make this kind of mistake?”

Well, at least you weren’t caught having thrown a treasure away (I try to bury those things but sometimes my children must actually *dig* through the trash ….)

    Tell her yes. 🙂

(And? Ron and I use each other’s notes for more note-taking.)

Around here, it’s Daddy who occasionally unknowingly uses the kids’ artwork for his listmaking. I’m usually around at the birth of such things to know what’s fair game and what’s not.

But, like Karen, I’ve been known to throw out treasures, knowing full well they’re treasures (which I think they think makes it worse lol). And yes, I’m a burier (buryer?) too…

    Tell her “Oh so YES!”
But I would be less likely to if my little darlings would not take every last scrap of notepaper from the telephone table!
