    a) I’ve not read your books, but since I loved Laura Ingalls Wilder’s book series, I think I’d love yours as well. Are you related?

    b) I celebrated my ninth birthday in Anaheim, but I had been guest with ma in a house in San Diego some month before, that was in 1977. Are you from there too, or can you locate?

FYI – Melissa’s books are better than Lauras – just make sure you get the real deal and not the abridged ones.

And no, I don;t work for her, nor am I related!

Penny! Oh my goodness! I am blushing furiously and grinning like a loon. That is awfully kind of you to say. Thank you. I mean, you’re completely barmy, but gosh you just made my day. 🙂

And you know what a big fan I am of your writing, I just wish I would’ve used better grammar in that last comment…
