It’s a Nesting Thing

March 10, 2006 @ 4:09 am | Filed under: Uncategorized

Yesterday really and truly felt like spring. Great friend Lisa came over and helped me clean up my front flower border; now I can just sit back and watch it bloom. Okay, so the “just sit back” part is meaningless cliche: I have tons of other work to do in the next few weeks, before the baby arrives. But let’s not go there right now…

Anyway, this springtime urge to spruce and tidy is the reason for the blog makeover. I needed to see some green inside the house as well as out.

  1. I love the new look — perfect for St. Patrick’s Day *and* Spring!

  2. It’s a beautiful new look and very cheery! Hope you’re feeling fine! We still have snow, so no planting for us yet, relish it!! Blessings!

  3. Best wishes! Enjoy the spring. You deserve some R&R. Remember what Dr Sears says, anything you can do now can wait and be done with the baby snuggly tucked in a sling. Rest up! You are going to need your rest.

  4. I love reading all of the posts about spring! They are just so uplifting! It’s not quite time for all that here in Michigan yet, but reading about others starting their gardens really gets me in the planting mood!

    I can’t wait until spring!
