Sooooo jealous!!!! Maybe we’ll be next. The milkweed (three different varieties, all from your yard) have taken off this year), but no sign of eggs or caterpillars.
Alas, Penny, I think I murdered your seeds. Nothing came up, and I wonder if failed to water them enough for our arid clime…but I still think of every time I look at our milkweed, the slender pods bursting… 🙂
Both my parents AND my husband surprised me (and each other) with the gift of milkweed plants on our wedding anniversary in May. We’re a mini-milkweed farm now!
