Ahhhh

Finished the novel revision. Hear that? It’s the sound of me NOT TYPING. Um. Except now you hear the sound of me typing ME NOT TYPING.

This afternoon I shall attempt to catch up on email.

And after that, I might attempt something truly ambitious and (gasp) read a book. Oh, other people’s words, how I’ve missed you.

   I recently sank deep into “Flygirl” by Sherri Smith. A wonderful book for our teen homeschooler book club. It felt wonderful to have given myself the time to read it in 2 days. It was a holiday I don’t often give myself. So many books are read in moments squeezed from the day…just not quite as satisfying.
